1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options. Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

2. Order Processing Time

All personalised items, including our Custom Dog Collars and Dog Tags, are made specifically for your pet. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and engraving before dispatch.

Non-personalised items (such as dog toys) are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website.

4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

1. Lifetime Legibility Guarantee (Custom Collars & Tags)

We understand that a pet’s ID tag or collar is their lifeline.

• What’s Covered: We guarantee that the laser-engraved text on our Custom Dog Collars and Dog Tags will remain readable for the entire life of your pet.

• The Remedy: If the engraving fades or becomes unreadable through normal wear, we will send you a one-time replacement of the exact same item for free.

2. 12-Month Limited Hardware Warranty

All Mocapet gear is built with premium materials, but hardware can occasionally face manufacturing defects.

• What’s Covered: This covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This includes:

  • Broken metal buckles or D-rings.

  • Defective rivets or stitching.

  • Malfunctioning clasps on leashes.

• The Remedy: We will repair or replace the defective part or product at no cost to you.

3. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

To maintain our high standards, we cannot cover damage caused by factors outside of manufacturing:

• Chewing & Biting: No material is "chew-proof." Damage caused by your pet chewing the collar, tag, or toy is not covered.

• Normal Wear & Tear: Fading of fabric colors due to sun exposure, scratches on metal surfaces from active play, or dirt/odors.

• Misuse: Using a collar or leash for tie-out purposes or activities beyond normal walking/restraint.

• Incorrect Sizing: Items that no longer fit due to the pet growing or incorrect measurements provided at the time of order.

4. Special Note on Dog Toys

Due to the nature of play, Dog Toys are covered by a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If a toy has a manufacturing defect (e.g., a seam pops open without bite marks), we will replace it. However, once a toy is destroyed by aggressive chewing, it is no longer eligible for warranty.

5. How to File a Claim

If you believe your product is defective:

1. Photos: Take 2–3 clear photos of the defect.

2. Contact Us: Email support@mocapet.com with your Order Number and the photos.

3. Review: Our team will review your claim within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll ship your replacement immediately.

At Mocapet, we want you and your furry friend to be 100% happy with your purchase. Since we specialize in personalized items, please read our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Custom Products (Dog Collars & Tags)

Because our Custom Dog Collars and Dog Tags are uniquely made for your pet (with specific names, phone numbers, or sizes), we handle these differently than standard items:

• Manufacturer Error: If we made a mistake on the engraving or sent the wrong size/color, we will send a 100% free replacement immediately. No need to return the original.

• Customer Error (Wrong Size/Spelling): Since personalized items cannot be resold, we cannot offer a full refund for customer errors. However, we offer a "One-Time Correction" discount—contact us, and we will send you a replacement at 50% off the retail price.

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for personalized items due to a change of mind.

3. Non-Custom Products (Dog Toys & Accessories)

Standard items like dog toys can be returned for a full refund or exchange if:

• The item is in original, unused condition with tags and packaging.

• The item is free of pet hair, odors, or bite marks.

• Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact us at support@mocapet.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. How to Start a Return

1. Email support@mocapet.com with your Order Number and photos of the item.

2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
