Mocapet Warranty Policy
At Mocapet, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you and your pet to enjoy our gear for years to come. That’s why we offer a multi-layered warranty for our different product lines.
1. Lifetime Legibility Guarantee (Custom Collars & Tags)
We understand that a pet’s ID tag or collar is their lifeline.

What’s Covered: We guarantee that the laser-engraved text on our Custom Dog Collars and Dog Tags will remain readable for the entire life of your pet.

The Remedy: If the engraving fades or becomes unreadable through normal wear, we will send you a one-time replacement of the exact same item for free.
2. 12-Month Limited Hardware Warranty
All Mocapet gear is built with premium materials, but hardware can occasionally face manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered: This covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This includes:

Broken metal buckles or D-rings.

Defective rivets or stitching.
-
Malfunctioning clasps on leashes.
-

The Remedy: We will repair or replace the defective part or product at no cost to you.
3. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
To maintain our high standards, we cannot cover damage caused by factors outside of manufacturing:

Chewing & Biting: No material is "chew-proof." Damage caused by your pet chewing the collar, tag, or toy is not covered.

Normal Wear & Tear: Fading of fabric colors due to sun exposure, scratches on metal surfaces from active play, or dirt/odors.

Misuse: Using a collar or leash for tie-out purposes or activities beyond normal walking/restraint.

Incorrect Sizing: Items that no longer fit due to the pet growing or incorrect measurements provided at the time of order.
4. Special Note on Dog Toys
Due to the nature of play, Dog Toys are covered by a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If a toy has a manufacturing defect (e.g., a seam pops open without bite marks), we will replace it. However, once a toy is destroyed by aggressive chewing, it is no longer eligible for warranty.
5. How to File a Claim
If you believe your product is defective:

Photos: Take 2–3 clear photos of the defect.

Contact Us: Email support@mocapet.com with your Order Number and the photos.

Review: Our team will review your claim within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll ship your replacement immediately.
