1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options. Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

2. Order Processing Time

All personalised items, including our Custom Dog Collars and Dog Tags, are made specifically for your pet. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and engraving before dispatch.

Non-personalised items (such as dog toys) are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website.

4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
